All-on-6 uses six implants to support a full arch of fixed teeth — two more than All-on-4. For patients with a heavy bite, good bone volume, or anyone who simply wants extra security, it's a robust, long-lasting option.
Spreading the bite load across six implants rather than four means the final bridge tends to last longer and the back of the arch feels more secure. It's generally the recommended route when your bone supports the extra implants comfortably and you want the longest-lasting outcome possible. Your 3D CT scan tells us exactly how much bone is available and where — and if it stacks up, plus your bite is on the heavier side, All-on-6 is usually what we'll suggest.

All-on-6 simply adds two more implants under the same full-arch bridge, spreading the bite load, adding stability, and often suiting patients with a heavier bite or plenty of bone at the back of the jaw.
Not automatically — All-on-4 works well for the majority of patients. We'd only steer you towards All-on-6 where the extra support genuinely earns its keep, and that's a decision we make together once we've seen your CT scan.
